Jon Paul began his career in project management in 2017 at the Center for Board Excellence (acquired by Nasdaq in 2019), where he established a formalized project management program. He led the development of processes, policies, and systems while managing a high-performing project management team. His contributions included creating a financial and operational database that played a pivotal role in Nasdaq’s acquisition of the Center for Board Excellence, now operating as the Compliance and Board Advisory Group within Nasdaq.
Since the acquisition, Jon Paul has continued to spearhead program management initiatives, designing and implementing resource allocation systems that foster cross-functional collaboration and transparency among Nasdaq’s internal teams and with clients. His efforts have directly supported the delivery of proprietary SaaS products and excellent client service to over 5,000 corporate directors and executive officers. In this role, he works heavily in product management, contributing to the design and execution of solutions that meet both client and organizational needs.
